We would like to invite you to our Spring 2025 Book Club which is led by Annie Schmalstig(HBKU) and Kelly Wilson(NUQ). We will be reading Peter Felten and Leo M. Lambert’s book Relationship-Rich Education: How Human Connections Drive Success in College (Hopkinpress, 2020).

The 2025 Badir event was an amazing afternoon with Education City students and faculty starting new conversations on Teaching & Learning. Held in EC’s Multaqa Student Center Art Gallery, participants contributed stories, presentations, workshops, conversation, and collaborative brainstorming about the experiences, aspirations, practices, and potentials of Higher Education becoming more inclusive and transformative.

A Zoom panel featuring three distinguished panelists from Education City partner universities was held to foster a free-flowing conversation on diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in education. The event aimed to create an engaging and unscripted dialogue, allowing participants to share their insights and visions for the future of inclusive pedagogy in Education City.
